4,000 – 6,000 sqft = $1,400,000 – $2,100,000
6,000 – 8,000 sqft = $2,100,000 – $2,800,000
8,000 – 10,000 sqft = $2,800,000 – $3,500,000
10,000+ sqft = $3,500,000+
